When I first found out about boot camp I thought, "I have to do this!" I wanted to get back into my jeans from my high school years! However, I was scared! I did not think my body would make it through one night of camp but I did! It is amazing how in 6 weeks my body has changed so much as well as my taste buds! Boot Camp Challenge is a world-renowned group training program created to change your LIFE, your BODY, and your MIND! Using team building techniques from the US Army and the sciences behind movement, Boot Camp Challenge® (BCC) transforms blah workout sessions into a group motivating, team building, results driven program. Classes meet 3 times per week for 60 minutes per class. Session are run in 4-week blocks all year round.
Our training combines cardiovascular, muscular endurance and flexibility training, every time, every class. And, Boot Camp Challenge® is created for EVERY level of fitness. It is our philosophy to meet you right where you are and take you where you want to go. Each workout is different so you'll never get bored!

The Nutrition
At Boot Camp Challenge® we are not selling you a particular diet and don't ask you to take a bunch of pills and supplements. We focus on the foundations of good nutrition: protein, healthy carbs and fat, vegetables and fruit, water and whole foods. And we don't ask you to give up your favorite foods!
Because nutrition is such an essential part of the health equation AND because for many of us, it's the hardest part, we make nutrition guidance and education a top priority! You'll receive a free macro plan and 17-page nutrition report with tons of information and tips, recipes, guides, meal prep classes and workshops and more!

I had horrible postpartum depression after my pregnancy - tons of eating, crying, sleeping and doing nothing physical. I got in a rut that I couldn’t get out of.
Fast-forward to Boot Camp. I am finally starting to feel like my old self again. I feel strong like I can push myself.. and I’m not hurting all the time like I was. Hi! I'm Tamatha!
In 2016 I launched the first session of Cape Boot Camp challenge with 6 people enrolled. I had no idea what to expect - but ten years and hundreds of campers later, we are still gong strong!
A little about me...
I graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Fitness Management in 1993. For the next 20 or so years I worked in the fitness industry in various capacities: Health Promotions Coordinator; Dance Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Gym Manager, and Virtual Coach are among the hats I have worn.
Over the years I began to realize that getting fit wasn't just about working out and eating healthy, it was also about mindset, boundaries, self-love, confidence, time management, past experiences, fears, and so much more.
In Cape Boot Camp Challenge, I take these concepts along with nutriton and fitness and do my best to deliver an experience that trains the whole person - physical and mental. I see each camper as a unique individual, yet important to the group as a whole! My philosophy is that fitness training and coaching is a relationship, and I'm dedicated to uncovering and nurturing your strengths, while working with you to overcome any weaknesses.
My Personal Mission Statement:
II consider it my life's mission to awaken the brave and courageous parts of people and encourage them to do the scary thing; reminding them throughout that they are capable of more than they ever imagined....and I do it all from the platform of fitness.
